Rationes Decidendi:

Awards rendered by arbitral tribunals have the same legal force as court judgments from both the material and procedural viewpoints.
Matters in respect of which an arbitral award has been delivered are subject to the principle of res iudicata. Once decided, a matter cannot be the subject of another complaint.
