Decision of the High Arbitrazh Court of October 5, 2010 (in Living Consulting Group v. Sokotel)

The supreme Russian arbitration court – the High Arbitrazh Court – refused to recognize and enforce an interim award concerning an advance on costs of proceedings which had been issued in SCC proceedings, thus negating the decision of the lower-instance court.
